Won’t Stop Employee Emergency Relief Fund

The PEER Fund was established to help eligible staff and their families with basic necessities during times of financial hardship due to circumstances beyond their control. Assistance is given at the discretion of the Peer Fund Committee. Assistance is not automatic. Where it is given, assistance is either granted or loaned. If assistance is made in the form of a loan, the loan is repaid at a sustainable rate agreed upon by both the Committee and the staff member and repayment is made via payroll.

While the PEER Fund is financed by the Company, it is also supported through voluntary staff donations which can be made at any time. There is no requirement to donate to the fund.

*The PEER Fund is open to all staff members after their first six months of employment, although circumstantial exceptions are made.
