This portal provides team members with a confidential channel to raise HR concerns if they don't wish to submit them directly to their General Manager, Area Director, or Human Resources. We will confidentially investigation all submissions, protecting all parties until a conclusion has been reached.
Won’t Stop is committed to upholding its Anit-Harassment Policy. We expect team members who have serious concerns about any aspect of our work to come forward and voice those concerns. Our Anit-Harassment Policy and this portal are designed to protect you, your team members, and Won’t Stop Hospitality.
Please use this portal if your serious concern involves:
Conduct that breaks the law;
Health and safety risks, including risks to the public as well as other employees;
Violations of company sustainability policies;
The abuse or unauthorized use of funds;
Sexual, physical, or other forms of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or retaliation toward guests or employees;
Other unethical conduct; and
Actions that are unprofessional, inappropriate, or conflict with a general understanding of Won’t Stop’s culture.
If you choose to report a concern through this channel, we will treat your submission with the utmost confidence. While we respect your decision to report anonymously, please know that anonymous reports are harder to investigate thoroughly; please be as detailed as possible in your submission.

Unless you submit anonymously, Human Resources may need to contact you for further information. Won’t Stop Hospitality will not be able to share the details or the outcome of any investigation.
