The Natural Laws of Won’t Stop

The Natural Laws of Won’t Stop are our rules of engagement; they govern how we treat each other and care for our organization. Adhering to our Natural Laws ensures our mutual success and helps us create a workplace culture in which all people can thrive personally and professionally.

  1. The needs of the organization come first: Ensuring Won’t Stop Hospitality’s success is everyone’s responsibility. Make sure your impact and choices are positive and add to our collective success.

  2. Sow seeds of content, spread kindness: Positivity begets positivity - smile, go the extra mile, recognize great performance, connect genuinely with guests and your teammates.

  3. Start with trust and assume positive intent: Approach every interaction with the understanding that your teammates, leaders, and guests are acting with good intentions. Trust fosters collaboration and growth.

  4. Embrace change: Evolution is a natural, positive force and an opportunity for growth. When communicating decisions or changes, take the time to explain the reasoning (the “why”) behind them.

  5. Fail fast and pivot with grace: Failure is a stepping stone to success. Pivot with the confidence that each failure is an opportunity for growth. Admitting one failure does not mean admitting defeat.

  6. Practice respectful honesty and transparency: Share information honestly, and don't be afraid to admit if you don't know something or when you've made a mistake. Transparency builds trust and creates a culture of continuous learning.

  7. Say something: Your voice matters, it’s one of your most powerful tools. If you have a question or see something that is not in line with our values, speak up.

  8. Respect the process: Quality is our guiding principle. In order to be bar setting, every step is as critical as the end result. We never cut corners or compromise on safety.

  9. Act with integrity: Do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do, not because someone is watching. Make decisions you’d be proud of if they were shared publicly

  10. Foster inclusivity:  In our Sacred Spaces, everyone deserves to feel welcomed, valued, respected, and heard. Inclusivity enables each of us to reach our full potential. Recognize the greatness in those around you.
