Payroll (Paylocity)

(you will be required to enter the company ID to register and Log-in to Paylocity)

Paychecks are issued bi-weekly, after 2:00pm on payday and may be picked up at your place of employment. Please DO NOT attempt to pick up your check earlier. If you are unable to pick up your check on payday, it will remain in the Cafe with the Manager. Please be respectful and avoid coming to get your check during peak business hours.

Paychecks will only be issued to the staff member named on the check. Please do not send another staff member, friend, family member, restaurant customer, spouse or roommate to get your check.

If your employment is terminated, whether voluntarily or otherwise, please make sure that the information we have on file is kept up to date. Final paychecks will be mailed to the address on file if you are not set up with direct deposit.

Paylocity prior to 7/1/24

Effective 7/1/24, payroll will move under the company new name, Won’t Stop Operations, and all employee information will be accessed via the new Paylocity company portal. If you need to access information prior to 7/1/24, you will need to log in using company ID 194958. If you need to access information after 7/1/24, you will need to register for a new account and log in using company ID 313139. Payroll prior to 1/1/2024 (Paychex)

Effective 1/1/24, Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. will begin processing payroll using Paylocity. If you are wanting to access pay stubs, W2s, or any other information related to payroll prior to 1/1/24, you can access that information via Paychex until 12/29/23. All 2023 W2s will be mailed to the address you have on file. If you have any issues, please contact hr@wontstopinc.com.
