ATC Employee Permit

As an employee at Won’t Stop, it’s your responsibility to make sure your liquor license is up to date and on your person at all times. Need a renewal? Head to indiana.gov/atc and click “Get Started.” From there, you can:

  • Apply for a new license.

  • Renew an expired license (must be done within 120 days of expiration).

  • Reinstate your expired license if you’re outside of the 120-day window.

Once you’ve completed your registration and completed the training course, make sure to bring a copy of both your license and training completion certificate into work for us to copy.

SERVSAFE Food Manager Certification

Won’t Stop tracks ServSafe certifications internally, and will reach out to you if you need to get certified. If you have any questions about getting ServSafe certified, speak to your Area Director.

Employment of Minors

Indiana child labor laws regulate when, for how long, and at what jobs teens can work. While minor work permits are no longer mandatory, employers with 5 or more minors at a location must update the employee information on the DOL portal. If you have any questions, or believe your location employs 5 or more minors, please reach out to HR at HR@wontstopinc.com. Employers are still required to follow the minor work requirements that can be found here.
