HOURLY EMPLOYEES
Planning a vacation? Have an important doctor’s appointment? While every effort will be made to accommodate you, please remember that a request is just that, a "request." If the business demands that we schedule you, you will be expected to come to work on time with the appropriate workplace attitude. Help us out by putting in your request as early as possible so that we can plan accordingly!
***You cannot submit pto for extra hours. PTO will only be approved for actual time off.
**PTO may only be used for time actually taken off. You may not use PTO for extra hours on days that you have actually worked unless approved by HR. Won’t stop hospitality does not pay out for unused pto for any reason.
Full Time Hourly:
Eligibility begins on your 6 month anniversary
Years 1-4 will receive 40 hours of PTO
Years 5+ will receive 80 hours of PTO
All PTO hours will be paid at $15/hr regardless of position held
Use it or lose it! No rollover!
Partial days cannot be taken; 1 day=8 hours
*PTO is based on Adjusted Seniority Date
Part Time Hourly:
Eligibility begins on your 6 month anniversary
Years 1-4 will receive 16 hours of PTO
Years 5+ will receive 40 hours of PTO
All PTO hours will be paid at $15/hr regardless of position held
Use it or lose it! No rollover!
Partial days cannot be taken; 1 day=8 hours

MANAGEMENT
Hourly and salaried management qualify for Paid Time OFF (PTO) as outlined in your offer of employment. PTO includes sick time and vacation. Requests must be submitted 30 days in advance and require approval from your direct report. Once your request has been submitted, HR will confirm approval with your direct report.
Leadership (Salaried Managers and Executive Team):
Years 1-2 receive 80 hours of PTO
Years 3+ receive 120 hours of PTO
You may rollover up to 50% of your remaining balance at year end for a maximum PTO bank of 160 hours

Part-Time Leadership (TPF and Executive Team Part-Time Employees)
Years 1-2 receive 40 hours of PTO
Years 3+ receive 60 hours of PTO
You may rollover up to 50% of your remaining balance at year end for a maximum PTO bank of 80 hours

Hourly Managers and Supervisors:
Years 1-2 receive 40 hours of PTO
Years 3+ receive 80 hours of PTO
You may rollover up to 50% of your remaining balance at year end for a maximum PTO bank of 120 hours

Helpful Terminology
HIRE Date is the date you were originally hired by Won’t Stop Hospitality.
Adjusted Seniority Date is your HIRE date minus any length of time that you were not actively employed by Won’t Stop Hospitality.
Rollover applies to managers only. 50% of your remaining PTO balance will rollover up to the maximum bank allowance as indicated in the descriptions to the left.
Seniority Date Example (based on today’s date being 12/31/23):
If you were hired 1/1/23 and have never stopped working for Won’t Stop Hospitality, your adjusted seniority date and hire date are both 1/1/23.
If you were hired 1/1/23, moved out of state from 3/1/23 to 6/1/23, your hire date is 1/1/23 but your adjusted seniority date is 4/1/23. PTO will be based on your adjusted seniority date of 4/1/23. This date is determined by giving credit for all time worked minus time not actively employed.
