Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance

Full time employees (30+ hours per week) become eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits on the first of the month following their first 60 days of employment. Managers, as defined in your employment offer letter, are eligible for insurance on day 1 of employment. Open enrollment meetings are held in both English and Spanish every November.

Employees may be eligible for insurance as specified in the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. If you are eligible and choose to participate in any plan, your portion of the premium will be deducted from your paycheck. If your paycheck does not cover the premium, you are required to pay the difference. Should your employment with Won’t Stop Hospitality end while you are insured, you may be eligible for COBRA coverage under the statutory guidelines in effect at that time.

To determine the best medical and dental plan for you, review the Digital Benefits Highlight Guide. This document will review premiums, deductibles, and coverage details to help you determine which plan is best for you and your family.

Health Savings Account(HSA)

Full time employees, participating in the Won’t Stop Hospitality medical plan, are eligible to enroll in the HSA at any time by registering at hsa.patachouinc.com. The HSA is a pre-tax savings tool for medical expenses. Refer to the HSA Eligible Expenses Guide to better understand what services are eligible. Send your selected contribution amount to Human Resources.

Voluntary Life Insurance

Anthem Life Insurance is available for Full Time employees to elect coverage for themselves, their spouse and their dependents. Employees can elect up to $150,000 in coverage without needing to submit Evidence of Insurability (medical history). If you choose to elect more than the guaranteed issue amount of $150,000, you will need to complete the Evidence of Insurability form to HR@wontstopinc.com and Anthem will process your request through their underwriting department.

Short Term Disability

Full Time employees are eligible to elect Anthem’s Short Term Disability coverage. Short Term Disability is a special type of insurance that protects your ability to earn a paycheck in the event that you experience a serious illness or injury. Short Term Disability provides coverage after a predetermined waiting period (called the elimination period) for conditions that would keep you from working for extended periods of time. If Anthem approves your claim, you will earn 60% of your weekly salary to compensate for your inability to work.

Dependent Care Flexible Savings Account (FSA)

Won’t Stop Hospitality Inc. offers both the HSA and FSA. IRS regulations does not allow individuals to use both tools to save towards medical expenses, so we have altered our FSA to provide pre-tax savings for Dependent Care ONLY. This would include daycare, camps, and qualified elder care expenses. New hires are eligible to enroll in the FSA the first of the month following their first 60 days of employment. All other employees can enroll for the FSA during annual open enrollment or in the event of a qualifying life change.

To schedule a 1:1 appointment or for questions regarding enrollment or eligibility, email HR Director Kim Lewandowski at kim@wontstopinc.com
